Supervises and participates in the Mechanical Maintenance and Repair of all engines and Equipment on Assigned Rig covering Diesel Engines, Air compressors, Pumps, Draw-works and B.O.P. Services, Diagnoses faults, Divert and carry out Necessary Repairs. Liaises with Maintenance Engineer in planning and scheduling
Maintenance and Repairs of all drilling equipments, preparing reports, Recommending spare parts procurements etc.,
Responsible for the development and implementation for preventive maintenance program for completion / drilling rig equipments
Planning and scheduling for preventive maintenance to reduce the down time during operation
Monitor &control the availability of tools ,equipments, spare, consumable of the rigs
Plane coordinate with other department prior to any major activity such as rig move
Participate in pre job safety meeting and all tasks to maintain safety working condition
Assist in preparation of job safety analyses for hazardous situations.
