„Ă Entrusted with the responsibility of handling the British Aerospace (BAE) Project in Al Khober (Dammam)
It is a Mini City with all facilities and security systems. Construction of this Project is combination of Normal, Pre-cast, Steel Structures, Space Frame Systems, Road Works and Complete Infrastructures. And the total area of the Project is approximately 13,00,000 SQMTs, and the Project worth more than Saudi Riyals 2 Billion (Design and Construction).
The facilities are as follows;

„Ă Completed construction supervision of the Arab National Bank Rayyan Branch in Riyadh as a Project Manager, project worth approximately SR10million, and the project duration was October 2004 to November 2006. And also worked as part of the ZFP Construction Management Team.
„Ă Worked as a Project Manager in the construction of the Main Warehouse Complex project of Abdul Latif Jameel Co. in AL-Kharj, Riyadh, and project worth approximately SR55million.
„Ă involved in the construction of the Leylaty 5-Star Restaurant project at Corniche, Jeddah, with a project value of approximately SR25million, to supervise the site management activities including preparing minutes of meetings, monthly reports, finishing schedule including doors and windows schedule and made modifications in the Structural drawings of the buildings, project planning & schedule
„Ă Handled project of Sewage Treatment Plant at South Jeddah, the project value was SR200million, supervising building structure and civil works including inspection on civil activities required on site. Study approved drawings as well as specifications; materials, checking survey levels and supervising road layout and surface grading layout. I also supervised production and erection of pre-cast baffle panels for aerated grit chambers and involved in modification of (steel and RCC) buildings and tanks structural drawings with project planning and rescheduling.
