Having 24+ years of experience in instrumentation & control in construction, Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, Hot loop cutover and maintenance activity of instrumentation and control system in various oil and gas facilities.

ľ Working as Instrument Supervisor (construction) for Shell (Train 1 & 2) gas to liquids plant in Qatar with KENTZ from Jun 2009 to till date.

ľ Worked as Instrument Supervisor (construction) for Habshan 3 (OGD#3) in Abudhbi with UTS KENTZ from Jun 2008 to May 2009.

ľ Worked as Instrument Supervisor (construction) for KNPC Local marketing enhancement project Mina Al- Ahmadi Refinery with ISCO from Feb 2006 to Jun 2007.

ľ Worked as Instrument Specialist for ADGAS with Descon Engineering from 25-10-2007 to 18-12-2007 (For Das Island Shutdown).

ľ Worked as Instrument Foreman for Qatar Petroleum ARAB-D Gas Plant with AL MUFTAH during shutdown in 17-04-2005 in 08-06-2005.

ƒæ From Nov 1993 to Dec 2004 Worked as Instrument Foreman for Kuwait National Petroleum Company , Gas Plant ( Mina Al ¡V Ahmadi Refinery) through the M/S KENTZ and Al Bahar Jacorossi in Kuwait .To carries out day to day preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance activities on Instrumentation and control system for Turbine , Compressor , Pumps , controls(PLC), Burner management system. SCADA system, Fire and Gas system in Gas plant .Participated in many shutdown and major overhaul activities by carrying out shutdown preparation, to accumulate spare for instrument before shutdown .

JOB RESPONBILITY
Independently handled supervisor responsibilities for all instrumentation jobs carried out for day to day Construction and commissioning activity with help of Location drawings, Layout, P&ID, Loop drawing, Relay Interlock, ladder logic, etc. Installation of Cable tray, Conduit pipe, Air line, process tubing, cable laying, termination, fire and gas, Analyzers, Analyzer house and instruments, etc. Effective utilization of materials and manpower, preparation of as built drawings, Preparation of documents from project data base, updating asbuild drawings
Cordination between Clint with Company. Clint, vendor and company.
Maintenance (Preventive, Corrective, Shutdown and stratup) for continuous, reliable and efficient operation of all control and instrumentation system in GAS PLANT having 3 TRAINS for L.P.G. production and common plant, Utility and AGRP.
Instrument trouble shooting, calibration / testing, etc

Academic qualification : S S L C. State Education board, Kerala

Technical qualification : I T I ¡V (N C V T) Two years.
