Initiated training and awareness system to enhance skills and development of onsite personnel.

Fuel procurement and logistics for sites operation and activities.

Insure all journey management, emergency response and evacuation procedures are in place

General management of onsite offices and facilities.

Provide operational and administrative support to all departments and aspects related to the project.

Scheduled & organised personnel’s R&R, Flight, Airport Services, Hotels, Transportation and Security.

Inventory and asset management.
