Position : Instrument Engineer

Present Project Assignment :

1. Replacement Of Rotary Equipments & Pump Shelters at GC-17. West Kuwait.
2. Replacement of 18” crude export line from GC-20 up to North tank farm.
3. Upgrading / Modification to Tankage, Injection Pump seal, water & drainage
system at MWIP – West Kuwait.

Major Duties & Responsibilities.

Site survey for data collection of existing system, design & detailed engg for the new system, preparation of data sheets for the field instruments, Preperation of Material requisitions for the instruments, Evaluation of technical bids, Vendor finalization, Review of vendor documents, Preperation of engineering deliverables for the projects, Preperation of BOQ of instrumentation as a part for tendering.

Maintenance and Trouble shooting of Instruments, AC & DC DRIVES, PLC 3/10, PLC 5/30, Control Logix 5555, SLC 5/03 (Alen Bradley PLC) .Gained experience in graphical modification in RS VIEW 32 & RS LOGIX 5000 ladder logic program & trouble shooting of PBL & TRANSWEIGH weigh feeders. Maintenance of Rosemount NDIR analyser, ABB analyser & Fuji O2 Analyser.
