• Develop HSE policies, strategies, guidelines and targets ensuring best practices.
• Provide leadership to the HSE Team.
• Facilitate regulatory compliance on HSE matters, and to establish and sustain strong links with regulatory bodies.
• Identify and draft HSE initiatives with the focus on execution and QP.
• Continual review of HSE legislation, and advice to management on new issues.
• Coordinate and support incident investigations of incidents, providing recommendations and corrective actions where required.
• Provide support and advice to the Management Supervisors and Operation Teams in delivering a continual improvement culture with the goal of zero injuries or serious incidents.
• Advise on and drive sustainable development strategies and plans.
• Provide high quality monitoring of HSE compliance and analysis of findings.
• Establishment of customized HSE Management Systems based on ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards;

• Planning for HSE department to ensure adequate resource allocation and their optimum utilization;

• Creation of customized HSE training modules and delivering the same, as well as coordination with outside agencies for provision of required trainings;

• Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA);

• Auditing and Inspections for Fire, Safety, Occupational Health and Environment;
Incident and Accident Investigation;

• Emergency Management planning and Implementation; Coordination and Liaison with Authorities, Client.

• HSE Performance - Analysis monitoring and reporting to management and authority;
Leadership to HSE Team for concentrating and moving towards goals for meeting the expectations;
• Leading the Management of Change for upstream HSE developments; Bringing HSE culture in organization as per the management vision and missions;
• Technical assistance to management on HSE issues to update as per best practices worldwide.

• CWI (Certification of Welding Inspector)
• NEBOSH International General Certificate (appeared, September 2008)

Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Safety Engineering in 2007
B.Sc Industrial Chemistry in 2005
