Roles, Responsibilities and Key Achievements:
(a) Shutdown Manager:• For RasGas LNG Plants. Train-1, 2, 3, 4 & 5 – Non Turbine Services, Al-Khaleej (AKG1) Plant, Utilities – Sea Water Supply and Return Headers / Piping. Location – Ras Laffan, Qatar• For Qatar Petroleum, Arab-D Gas Recycling Plant , Location - Dukhan, Qatar•For Qatar Petroleum, Oil Gathering/Processing Stations – Fahahil North, Main and South Plants, Jaleha Plant, Umbab and Diyab Plants, Location - Dukhan, Qatar•For Qatar Petrochemical Company Ltd., Ethylene Plant , Location – Mesaeeid, Qatar •For Qatar petroleum, Marine Loading Arms Overhauling, Location – Mesaeeid, Qatar.•Responsible for Shutdown Planning and Execution, Estimation and Costing, Contract and Sub-contract Management, HSE Training, Follow Client Shutdown Procedures, Job Safety Analysis, Progress monitoring Co-ordination/Communication with all stake holders , Managing compliance with Client’s HSE policy and Guidelines, •Responsible for Marine Loading Arms Overhauling Job. Identification and Mobilization of Marine Spreads and Barge Crane – 400T capacity, Identify and mobilize other resources, Removal of Loading arms and shifting to port , Overhauling, Re assembly, Painting and reinstallation including all Hydraulics and Instrumentation, Co-ordination with Local Port Authorities and Client’s various agencies.(b) Site Manager:•For RasGas OPCO / Capital Projects Contract for RasGas LNG Plants – Train-1, 2, 3, 4 & 5, Al Khaleej (AKG1 ) Plant, Location – Ras Laffan, State of Qatar•(c) Maintenance Superintendent:
•For RasGas Consolidated Maintenance Contract , managed by TWT. TWT is a joint venture company between Transfield, Worley and Trags. Location- RasLaffan, State of Qatar.•(d) Shutdown Planning Engineer:•For Qatar Petrochemical Company Ltd., Ethylene Plant , Location – Mesaeeid, State of Qatar•(e) Mechanical Engineer:•For National Petroleum Company, Bandar Imam Petrochemical Complex (BIPC), Location - Mahshahr, IRAN•(f) Deputy Manager (Mechanical):With M/s, Reliance Industries Ltd. Ethylene Oxide / Ethylene Glycol, Oxygen and Nitrogen Plant, Location – Hazira, Surat, India.Responsible for Project Co-ordination, Commissioning, Shutdown and Maintenance work.
