Job History :
I was joined GUPCO on July 91, since that I was working in the GOS Gas plant “LPG recovery” And from June 2006 till now in GUPCO new project “Saqqara Oil & Gas production”

Job Description.

Responsible for process operation & production with the required product specifications using the distributed control system (DCS). The following section will describe my responsibilities & activities:

•Provide exemplary HSE leadership and serve as a role model to operations staff
•Coach and mentor staff to continually improve their operational competencies
•Develop Job Profiles and Competency Assessments for all operation positions
•Recruit and train staff to fill all operator positions
•Perform competency assessments and implement development plans for all operators
•Ensure that appropriate HSE and Control of Work (COW) procedures (PTW, Risk Assessment, ICC, Lifting Plan, FCP/MOC, etc.) are applied to all jobs
•Review plant operating conditions especially that affect directly on plant recovery & productivity.
•Follow up the production rate & quality, analyzing the deviation reasons, & take the necessary action if needed.
•Studying & analyzing the operational problems, discussing the observations with the concerned parties & preparing a technical reports containing the suitable recommendations.
•Prepare the daily, monthly & annual production reports.
•Prepare and manage the plant Capex and Opex budgets
