I am a candidate who is team-and-oriented; works well under pressure and is able to deal with people in the departments throughout the company. These are the skill I developed both in my course work and work experiences of 10 years in EPC project, Project Management Consultant, construction project and building M&E supervision. Currently I am working as Resident Engineer for Surbana International Consultant in Abu Dhabi Branch, UAE. I also have several year experiences mainly on Tunnel Engineering and Dam at my previous job in Bakun Hydro Electric Project .I have the privilege to prove my management skill, strong communication and practice my negotiation skills to different level of people . Here I have to accomplish the project on the date line drawn, to achieved I have to plan day to day schedule base on the overall schedule to make sure the job is on track. I have to set a monthly or every forth night meeting with the site teams, consultants, sub contractors, suppliers and local authorities so that all ad-hoc matters can be rectified and solved quickly. I have to manage a big group consisting of manpower’s, heavy machineries, equipments, range of suppliers, clients and authorities to ensure the job completion and achieved at desired time length targeted, satisfaction and budget.I have experiences in organizing, planning, identify and leading the entire project from project scheduling.
