Responsible for planning the different projects on site and in DESCON head office.
Lead budget preparation and forecasts.
Ensure budgetary control before authorization of expenditure (CAPEX & OPEX).
Continuous monitoring of company’s actual expenditure versus budget.
Oversee to the generation of monthly overheads variance analysis (Budget to Actual) report.
Presently working at Engro Chemicals Pakistan Limited expansion project the world’s largest fertilizer plant. Key responsibilities are cost controlling, cost analysis, deviations of budgeted values versus actual values in terms of quantities and amount, progress monitoring.
To lead the activities of construction section including the new ventures, projects, major repairs and plant changes.
Look effective contribution in construction of new tanks and major repair of different tanks in Korangi and Keamari terminal too.
Successfully completed the project of replacement of PRODUCT MARKETING LINES at Keamari terminal. Approximately 6000 feet line replacement.
Responsible for the Projects Handling of Textiles, Beverages, Petrochemical Plants. Machinery especially centrifugal compressors, Ammonia Refrigerant Compressors and Cooling Water systems. Handling the projects on TURN KEY BASIS including coordination with foreign suppliers, local costumers, local developments, complete installation, and execution of all the projects.
Responsible for smooth running of Polymer, POY, DTY and Yarn Twisting Plant.
To maintain the plant in good working condition according to manufacturers instruction, manuals, operational experience and behavior of machine and maintain history card of equipment.
To arrange preventive maintenance as per plan, update the history cards, of the equipment, pending job lists, review it in monthly meeting especially repetitive problems if any for better working of the machine.
To prepare annual maintenance plan and discuss it with Maintenance Manager.
To monitor and analyze time, material, labor for mechanical activities and discuss with Maintenance Technical Manager to control the cost of repair, maintenance.
To arrange the preparation of the spare parts in the workshop required for the plant to cut down cost and down time wherever possible.
