Air Freight Awareness Training- this course was conducted by Emirates airline in May 1997 at Emirates training center in Dubai.
GAC PC License – This was an in-house training course undertaken by the IT dept. in June’97.
Customer Care – This was an in-house training again undertaken by GAC and was designed to educate us how to deal with the most difficult situation/customers.
Supervisory Development Programme – Having successfully completed a course in Supervisory development programme designed by center for creative thinking in oct.’97.
UNISAFES – Successfully completed the UNISAFES CPR and bleeding course in 1998.
