Being working as shift supervisor for the last two years.befor that work as operator in MTBE Plant produces approximately 1,000,000 tonnes of MTBE per year.also in Catofin Process operating outside and inside on the Board using TDC-3000 control system. Unit equipment consists of the Charge and Air Heaters, five Catofin
reactors, a waste heat and a reactor effluent boiler, as well as a GE Gas Turbine
and extensive hydraulic system.
Cold Side – operating outside and inside on the Board using TDC-3000 control system. Unit equipment consists of two Propane compressors and chiller
system, a turbine driven Sulezer product compressor, a distillation tower, a
refrigeration compressor, LTRU system (Cold Box), a duplex drier system, a
Hydrogen compressor and many various vessels for the process. also in Butamer – operating using TDC-3000 control system. Unit equipment consists of Reactors, Distillation towers, dryer and regen system, PSA Unit.
MTBE – operating control system. Unit equipment consists of Reaction Tower, Reactors, MeOH extraction system, Mole ratio control system.
OSBL – operating control system. Unit equipment consists of Tank farm, Seawater system, Chlorinator.
Boilers – operating by TDC-3000 control system. Unit equipment consists of 2 boilers, Dearation system, dosing chemical system.•Totally familiar with all types of turbines (steam and gas driven), pumpsboilers, compressors, chillers, distillation towers, drier systems, LTRU’s,Reactors and high pressure hydraulic oil systems.
now i amm working in PDH Plant which is Catofin Process only with different technology as a shift supervisor
