Production Engineer
 Coordinate disciplined technicians and operators and ensure that all equipments and activities meets the required HSE specifications and standards. Implement and execute Operational Task Management (OTM),including the operator task list, operator rounds and shift hand over reporting.
 Ensure proper implementation of Production and Re-injection wells utilization schedule.
 Provides production forecast for existing wells.
 Monitor and control produced solids and silica deposition form production and re-injection lines.
 Co-ordinate with Reservoir Engineers and Well Test Engineers on bringing on-line and off-line of wells due for work over, well survey and other activities with-in the production and re-injection field.
 Monitors and controls all process parameters such that operating variables are with-in pre-set limits using Distributed Control System (DCS).
 Validate the day to day maintenance plan and assess the operational resources required for its execution.
 Ensures permit to work compliance and appropriate job analysis on all maintenance activities and other related activities on all equipments, instruments and/or on the system are covered. In still a culture of high safety awareness.
 Gather and records all required data on the utilization and status of wells, field equipments (separators, compressors, pumps, process control valves, power generators), on–line sampling and monitoring instruments and other control room parameters.
 Constantly monitor plants operating conditions to ensure the quick resolution of abnormal operational situations. Assess root causes and remedial actions and involve the Shift Supervisor, Production Operators and Maintenance Support Group.


 Coordinates with the Transmission and Dispatch Group on forecasted hourly plant loading and prepares the production wells and equipments required.
 Take the lead in field emergency response situations, in close cooperation with the Shift Supervisor.
 Performs other task which may be assigned by the superiors.
 Proposes projects and improvements in accordance with established company goals.
