1-when I was employed as a field operator, our plane was the first LLDPE plane in iran and we had to start up it. So we had difficult problems and these conditions was very useful for me to get vital experiences
2-the first part of our plane which should be started was extruder and I work there for 3 years . in this part I had to control process of exchanging of powder to melt and then geranol
3- the second section that I worked was catalyst area .in this part I must mix and charge
Some material like magnesium and iodine and titan Yom poropoxide an so on .
Preparation of catalyst is one of the important and dangerous works that I had to do
And I have worked in this area for 6 years .
4-thierd part of our plane process that is very important ,is polymerization .
In this area we have a huge reactor that produce the main product of our plane which name is polymer powder .i have been there for 6 years

5-it is noticeable that we have overhaul for some time per year and I have to manage some groups like instrument and maintenance and electricity ,laboratory ,safety and so on .

6-after get more experiences I went to TABRIZ petrochemical co as a specialist for strat up LLDPE plane and cooperate with foreign specialist for 4 month .this plane stared and had produce with capacity about 14 ton per hour.

7-MANAGER OF MODIFICATION
After all of these work I was appointed by my boss for modify some part of our plane .
During of modification time I had an active motive group .for this reason I did so much work in a little time .our modification was about cooling water ,flare lines ,check valves
, steam traps, condensate , palletizing , HPN lines , exchangers, LPS, and HPS lines, service water lines, and so on .
8-on of my important mission was start up of NPC ALLIANCE CORPORATION ,PAFC petrochemical park ,brgy ,batangas , mariveles bataan, Philippine country, last year at this time.i educated Philippines friends and help them to start up the plane and the ratio of produce was about 14 ton per hours .contrary of our plane the base of catalyst was chromium and it was very dangerous .it was a successfully mission for me.

10-i have some training in piping ,P&ID, PDF,LOG
