• Well experienced in handling Cross Country Pipeline Projects, City Gas distribution network Projects, modernization Projects and onshore Facilities development projects starting from conceptualization to feasibility study to FEED to EPIC and Handover.
• Leading the projects through Gated process from initiation till completion. Developing project documentation including project charter, design basis and project execution plan (PEP).
• Lead projects through funding approval process and presentations to project sponsors.
• Ensure project deliverables are technically accurate, adhere to project constraints and are completed in accordance to the corporate processes.
• Development of project scope duly taking in to account the requirements of Stakeholders, Technical, operational, interfaces, Geographical conditions, supply chain capabilities, constructability feasibilities etc.
• Developing Contracting strategy, pricing mechanism, preparing tender documents, invitation to bid, technical and commercial clarifications, tender bulletins and pre-qualification of Contractors. Supervise and lead the tender review and evaluation process.
• Tender meetings, negotiations, obtaining Tender committee approval, Contract award, Contract administration, Claims valuation & variations and Contract closure.
• Establish project baselines with the project controls team related to cost, schedule, scope, quality and risk areas, and monitor performance against these baselines and forecast
