•Preparing revised documents (CTJV isometric Rev, Internal Rev, Technical Query, Field Design Change and As Built) in contact with construction variables.
•Welding maps, spooling supervision, approval and Controlling work progress.

•Checking orders prepared by others for approve (plate work & steel structure);
•I was in charge of leading 4 persons (2 engineers & 2 draftsmen);
•I was in charge with coordinating some projects;
•I carried out and shared about 20 big projects inside Egypt & outside for big design companies as (Braden, FLSmidth, Redecam, IHI, Danieli a.s.o.).

•Studying drawings, making developed pattern for all items using computer program as (AUTOCAD (2D+3D) a.s.o.);
•Preparing CNC programs by G-Code;
•Loading CNC programs to Punching machines (TRUMPF 235, 240, 260 Rotation );
•Checking up the sample and following - up all production Process (Punching, Shearing, Bending, Pressing, Assembling by welding (TIG, MIG, ARC & SPOT), Painting or Galvanizing and Final Assembly then Packing.
