Presently working with Advanced Inspection and Testing International Ltd as QHSE officer,

Responsibilities,

➣ Ensure that during the inspection of non destructive test, safety procedure must be adhered to.
➣ Carrying out inspection and certification of lifting equipment during Tubular operation.

➣ Promoting of HSE-MS awareness in the company.

➣ Maintenance of relevant record on HSE-MS including statistical record of accident /near misses frequency and severity of injuries, lost time and cost.

➣ supervise and coordinate the quality assurance and control activities on the company on day to day basis.

➣ coordinate the conduct of quality audit to measure or verify the effectiveness and adequacy in the implementation of the quality management system within the company’s organization including suppliers.

➣ ensure execution of the necessary inspection and tests at the site including liaising with third –party inspection companies.

➣ follow –up activities on non- conformities and corrective action.

➣ to ensure that in performing radioactive test and handling of radioactive substance lay down procedure as touching safety must be adhered to.

➣ ensure that in the site where they are carryout radioactive test lay down procedure regarding safety by iso and son must be followed.

➣ ensure that iso 14001 and 9000 are met as touching handling and using radioactive equipment for testing.
