Retail Banking Executive & Account Officer

? Create & exploit opportunities to promote & sell a portfolio of products & services that meets the needs of existing customer base & prospects (fresh customers) to achieve assigned goals / standards.
? Provide product & service information, advice relevant products & services to customers to increase awareness & their usage.
? Make & ensure customer referrals to achieve right product mix in the Branch, facilitating retention & enriching relationship wit customers.
? Address customer problems & complaints to achieve satisfactory resolutions, referring issues beyond the role limit to appropriate points of reference (Handle all queries and arrange to solve the problems).
? Process new accounts, Fixed Deposits, and part-payment of Fixed Deposits for Upper Mass customers.
? Receive and process upper mass customer requests for static details maintenance, statements, and other miscellaneous requests.
? Handle requests for release of “lien” on fixed deposits, release of Murabaha
? Process new Murabaha / credit card (Primary/ Supplementary) / in Retail Lending System
? Deferment / Settlement of Murabaha in Retail Lending System.
? Increase / Decrease (limit) / Cancel credit card (Primary/Supplementary).
? Try to retain customers who wish to close their accounts / credit cards (Opportunity to cross sell).
? Audit Trail Checking of transactions processed by other RBEs.
? Provide product related information to customers.
? Make appropriate customer referrals to other units facilities relations and continued relationship.
? Approve or recommend to set levels customer apply for product & services
? Act as custodian of various then where require
