Responsibilities include

„« Conducts job order review to ensure and identify the required resources are provided to satisfy the client purchase order/ specifications.
„« Liaison with PM, Supervisor, Planning Engineer and concerned Client Engineers regarding inspection activities and work progress..
„« Attends Progress Meeting with Client, and Subcontractors.
„« Co- ordinates Design related activities with Design Coordinator and Design Consultant.
„« Controls site activities in accordance with Construction Drawings, Specifications and agreed Job Schedule.
„« Deployment of equipments to various site locations as per the priority requirements.
„« Records all extra works/variations and ensure it properly accounted.
„« Checks and authorizes time sheets of subordinates.
„« Coordinates availability/status of materials with Material Controller
„« Checks and ensures subcontractor has adequate resources to complete the job.
„« Maintains records/ documents related to job assignment and keeps job register.
„« Sets monthly work targets and ensure the maximum production output from the work force.
„« Facilitates job order close out, punch list items, etc. and ensures all jobs are closed out to the client‘¦s complete satisfaction.
„« Identifying Critical Path and bottlenecks and implement remedies to ensure timely completion of project.
„« Planning resources,fixtures required for production and transportation of the job.
