INSTRUMENTATION ENGINEER WITH FIVE YEARS EXPERINCE IN REFINERY,POWER PLANT AND WATER INDUTRY

Experience in Construction, Commissioning and Start up assistance to Thermal / Gas power plants control system including high pressure steam boilers and turbines and the auxiliaries, Firewater system, Demineralization Plant, Cooling water circulation system including cooling towers, Vapor recovery unit, water distribution systems and coal and Ash handling systems.
Conversant with P&ID, GAD, Utility diagrams, Hook-up drawings, Cause and effect diagrams and International codes and specifications and hazardous area classification
Proficiency in Honeywell DCS, Metso MaxDNA DCS, GeFanuc PLC, Allen Bradley PLC, Schneider Quantum PLC and Honeywell FSC.
Experience in the Telemetry system, Emergency shutdown system, Batch control systems, Burner management system, Analyzers (O2, PH, Silica, and SO2), Mass flow meters, and smart transmitters (HART).
Experience in the calibration and commissioning of Pneumatic valves, calibration and limit switch setting of Motor operated valves and the commissioning of hydraulic valves.
Conducting Instrument inspections, FAT and SAT and turn-over reviews. If required, participate in off-site factory and shop testing.
Prior experience in electrical pre commissioning, commissioning and startup of petrochemical, power plant systems and facilities
Expertise in preparing of Input/ Output List, Instrument List, Instrument Data Sheets, Instrument cable schedules, Hook Up drawings, Control loop Drawing, Panel wiring diagram, Junction box layout and wiring diagram and data flow diagram.
Preparation and review procedure of installation, pre-commissioning and commissioning for all electrical systems.
Expertise in Cable sizing calculation & selection preparation of cable schedule, cable interconnection and termination details and cable routing.
Experience in the erection and commissioning of battery chargers and battery bank.
