2) RESEARCH EXPERIENCE:-Internship at University of Central Oklahoma, USA on “Predicting Safe Employee Behavior: Development and Test of a Socio-Technical Model for Westar Energy, Kansas, USA”
Synopsis
The objective of the project was to find out the factors that had a major impact on the safe employee behavior, establish Person – System sequence as a cause for accidents, and to develop a model showing the relationship between the variables that lead to safe employee behavior. A model was developed that would give an insight to the managers to maintain safe employee behavior conditions in the firm.
The project involved using research methodologies techniques and SPSS and SAS for quantitative and statistical analysis. Structural Equational Modelling was used in developing a path model.
