You would find from the detailed bio-data that, I am a First Class Diploma Petrochemical Engg, candidate from M.S. University of Baroda in the year 1989, and possessing total 18 years of experience having worked with the giant fertilizer complex having world repute for running all plants beyond its rated capacity which comprises of Ammonia 1600 MTPD, Urea 1800 MTPD, Methanol 540 MTPD, Formic Acid, Acetic Acid and Ammonium Nitro phosphate, Calcium Ammonium Nitrate, Weak Nitric Acid, Concentrated Nitric Acid, Liquid Ammonium Nitrate etc., with the manpower strength of @ 3000 personnel. I have been working with Ammonia plant since 1995 having - Linde Process Germany, Texaco - USA, Haldor Topsoe - Denmark process technology for different sections of the plant.
Prior to transfer to Ammonia Plant, I was associated with Nitrophosphate Group of plants manufacturing Ammonium Nitrophosphate, Calcium Ammonium Nitrate, Concentrated Nitric Acid, Phosphoric Acid, Weak Nitric Acid, Liquid Ammonium Nitrate (94% conc.), all plants based on UHDE - Germany and BASF - Germany technologies.
During my tenure with all above plants in different sections, I have acquired a good experience and handling in operating any of the above mentioned sections including debottlenecking and trouble shooting and handling of emergency situations.
