Joined Chandra Asri Petrochemical Center as DCS Operator.
I was working in CHANDRA ASRI PETROCHEMICAL CENTER INDONESIA as DCS Operator in Offsite & Marine Section while the process design comes from ABB Lummus Crest Inc. I was working for over five years and I've experiences for Loading/Discharging such as Liquid & Gas Handling, Received & supply product down/up stream to storage tank, start up activity, shutdown maintenance activity, emergency condition, trouble shouting for plant trouble, familiar in operation of DCS (including interlock logic system) and process local control

2. Highlights of Work Experience:
My present position as Senior Operator, which is Monitory of the NGL plants and Utilities, or Products (C3/C4/C5+ Naphtha) Storage/Loading facilities. As Senior Operator, I am fully in-charge of Both NGL plants operations which includes Stripping Units, Fractionation Unit, Product Treating – (Adip/ Merox), Refrigeration unit, Storage & loading facilities and Utilities.



I have to ensure the products are on specification and avoid revenue losses to Corporation. I also Operate Storage & Loading activities of Propane, Butane, NGL
Condensate, NF condensate and DS condensate. I am responsible to handle plants emergencies. I.e. Power failures, Gas leaks etc.
I was involved in commissioning NGL-1 plant and Merox Unit while I was an Operator with JGC & UOP
Recently I was involved in commissioning NGL-4 plant, which processes around 10000 Mt/D of RAW NGL in the capacity of Field Operator with SNAMPORGETTI.
I have taken active part in 2 Major shut down of NGL 1-2 plants.
At present I was involved in commissioning 3 Propane tanks with SAMSUNG.
I am involved in Training and Development of Qatari Nationals.
I am involved in Permit to work system as OPERATING AUTHORITY .Coordinating with operations, maintenance and contractors (new projects) for a safe work condition according to HSE procedures. Carry out safety audits and advice accordingly.
