Drilling Engineer

Field Drilling Engineer at Abraj Energy Services Company in rig site. My duties as a drilling engineer are:
1-To contact service companies and arrange with them to
carry out jobs.
2-Procures in material for drilling and cementing
operations.
3-Planning drilling operations for client drilling
supervision.
4- Assisting in supervising out of the ordinary drilling
operations such as fishing, coring, working stuck tools,
etc.
5- Responsible for the day to day monitoring of drilling
& well parameters in order to ensure compliance with
requirements of client’s well program or instructions
given by or agreed with client drilling supervisor.
6- Responsible for performance monitoring and control
of all service contractor activities on rig site.
7- Prepare cementing & casing programs.
8- Review daily reports & update cost of the well.
9- Assist in supervising testing and checking of
cementing & logging equipments.
