main duties & responsibilities:
-operate a computer-based system for data input relating to all aspects of project control procedure implementation;
-input data concerning project control related documents and archive;
-checking invoices including major contracts invoices;
-update and issue status in compliance with project control procedure (commitments, expenditure incurred, change orders, accruals…);
-preparation of monthly Cash Calls based on expenditure forecast;
-reconciliation of Costs with finance department & preparation of cost report for each month

to manage the centralized finance and accounting functions
• manage accounts payable (including invoice control and cash reimbursement)
• manage accounts receivable (including invoicing, collection and customer credit management)
• manage general ledger accounting (including journal entries, closing and internal accounting)
• manage fixed assets accounting (preparing a fixed assets data base, reconciliation between physical and accounting situation, write-offs, and project accounting)
