• Working as Cairo Terminals Supervisor, following up all Terminals daily operations during the shift maintaining all safety instructions and procedures.
Duties:
• Follow up local laws and regulations, OIMS, CIMS, Red book (fifteen policies), GPQMS, PCM, terminal operating and ADMIN procedures.
• Assist terminal manager in communicating company SHE programs downwards to terminal organization. Contribute in gathering required feedback including associated studies and data collection.
• Follow up the daily product receipt operation regarding its safety operation, time schedule, quantity execution and quality acceptance in accordance with terminal procedures and company guidelines.
• Supervise truck loading activities in accordance with terminal procedures and safety work instructions.
• Responsible for daily product reconciliation (meter and tanks). Responsible for recording all reconciliation transaction on company ERP (SAP, TIMS)
• Responsible of interface with OTC (dispatching process) and Fleet (drivers roles and responsibilities within terminal premises)
• Perform all duties of terminal manager in non working hours (absence of terminal manager).

• Working as a technical manager assistant and as a Deputy Manager, putting strategies and planning for the factory’s daily tasks.
