FIELD OPERATOR

• Operate the LNG plant equipment on shift under supervision of the Senior Operator (Field). This is including starting up and shutting down safely, logging and recording readings, identifying and reporting defects occurring in any plant area.
• Duty Performed: Routine Check, Operates, Monitors and Observes all activities/situation on plant equipment within the defined area of duty.
• Logs and records all plant running parameters and reports back giving detailed information of any abnormalities and defects.
• Preparation procedure blinding & de-blinding and isolation & de-isolation of Carbonate & DEA Filter.
• Pumps Start-up and Shut Down Procedures of the HP & LP Centrifugal pumps, all reflux pumps, Sundaney pumps, Hand pumps (any Lube oil Pumps), LNG & LPG transfer pump systems.
• Carries out troubleshooting of a more detailed nature of Acid gas treatment (CO2 & H2S) by Carbonate & DEA Absorption, Regeneration system, Dehydration, Liquefaction unit, Propane & MCR System.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely by radio and other communication means.
• Ensure lube oil and fill in to the reservoir system at the compressor turbine and pumps.
• Take samples and refer to laboratory for analysis.
• Make up Anti foam, Carbonate & DEA Solution to the system.
• Make up MCR (Multi Components Refrigeration) Methane, Ethane, Propane, and Nitrogen.
• Changed over the Hydraulic oil Filter, dryer after filters, carbonates & DEA filters.
• Responsible for internal safety audit to all equipment of Field housekeeping and safety aspects.
• Familiar with piping (Process flow) and Instrument Diagram (P&ID).
• Joint in Shutdown and Start up MHE (main heat exchanger), TREATING UNIT and LIQUEFACTION UNIT team.
