Description:
Responsible for all mechanical installation including air conditioning ductworks and insulation, firefighting, plumbing, drainage.
The project is located northwest of Doha, in the Al-Gharafa area. The works comprise the construction of a new residential compound, consisting of 134 two-storey blocks, totaling 391 dwelling units (a mixture of apartments and villas of various sizes).
The project forms a part of the Education City Project Development by Qatar Foundation. In addition to external works and infrastructure, the scope includes structural, architectural and electro-mechanical works with high grade finishes.
Total plot area = 203,000m2
Total built-up area = 83,000m2

-Responsible for preparing all material submittals for consultant approval.
-Following up on the purchasing of the materials in the project, including negotiations with the suppliers and finalizing purchase orders when required.
