- Verifying, registering, coding and posting of the petty cash Expense Reports to SUN system.
- Verifying, registering, coding and posting of the Expense Reports for National and Expatriates.
- Coordinating for the settlement of the petty cash and the expatriates & nationals personal accounts with General Ledger accountants.
- Coding and posting the transactions of the cash books for all currencies into SUN system.
- Coding and posting the transactions of the bank books for all currencies into SUN and SAP systems and for all Operated Concessions as well as for the New Ventures / Non Operated activities.

- Booking the monthly cash call received from our Partners in North Idku against RWE Dea AG main fund account in USD and Euro under both systems in coordination with the treasury department in Hamburg.
