o Renewal personnel policy including negotiation with employees representatives and socialization
o Negotiation in salary increase
o Socialization of new KIL HR policies
o Help Expats Managers in compliance with HO Manpower Policy (Section 9- Special contract)



• Contractor monitor and audit
o Review contractor Manpower compliance
o Up date contractors in regards to Manpower law and regulation thru quarterly communications, meetings and socialization
o Audit KIL contractors thru tender requirement

• Liaison to BPMIGAS, Manpower Dept and others related HR officials
o A member in the BPMIGAS-PSC in Manpower Law Review Task Force
o A member of socialization of the new BPMIGAS HR guidelines for all PSC in Indonesia
o Socialization in the New PPHI for PSC
o Maintain close relationships with Manpower Department and Manpower office in Maluku as well as Seram
