Duties: In this position, I was working as Scaffold Advisor / Inspector for EMPN Qua Iboe Terminal (Exxon Mobil Producing Nigeria),as part of the Loss-prevention teem.. In my position, as the HSE Scaffolding Rep, it is my duty to ensure that contractors are working to procedures and the Permit To Work system. I also ensure work is carried out in accordance with project specifications / procedures / method statements and review of work packs and method statements and contractors HSE policy as well as scaffolding procedures and to provide HSE leadership. On job training of Nationals is also part of my work scope.
August 2000-May 2001: Position Scaffolding C/H.
