Professional Experience
• Manage timely and accurate transmission of payroll processing
• Review, adapt and implement Payroll policies and procedures
• Maintain existing systems; assess them periodically; recommend and implement changes and /or new software
• Create reports as and when required - to provide selected data from the payroll database
• Oversee the calculation of leave, salary, employee benefits, EOSB and deductions to ensure compliance with Company Policy
• Manage all Pension related matters for UAE National employees
• Effectively respond to questions and inquiries regarding payroll related issues
• Ability to be action oriented, approachable and customer oriented
• Superior organization and administrative skills; Effective time management, organization and problem-solving skills
• Tactful, mature, flexible, people-oriented
• Proficient in Calculating Financial Currency Adjustments, Employee Superannuation contribution.
• Ability to work well under pressure and under deadlines
• Prepare and maintain employee master files.
• Leave applications / leave status, Passport requisitions / status.
• Performance appraisal evaluation reports,
• Medical (sick Leaves)/ emergency Leave,
• Disciplinary actions & grievances if employees.
• Allocation of staff accommodation and Travel.
• Settlements of vacationers/exit.
• Set up employee payroll deductions, increments, direct deposits, insurance payments, etc.
• Track vacation, Sick pay, Absenteeism, Lack of Work etc.
• Create Alert in ERP Software to keep track employee probationary periods and Expiries of Labour Cards, Health Card and Medical Insurance etc.
• Opening Bank Accounts for Employees.
• Distribute Monthly paychecks
• Familiar with Oracle11i HRMS.
• Familiar with UAE labour laws for final settlements
• Experience in design & development of Applications using Oracle 9i, Forms (4.5/6i),Reports (2.5/6i).
• Experience in developing database stored packages, procedures, functions and triggers.
• Experience with Flex fields creation, Oracle Alerts, Interfaces, Forms and Reports Customization, Multi Org, Maintenance and Recompilation.
• Modification & Development of Discoverer-4.0 Reports using Apps
