HSE Manager/SR Officer/Supervisor

HSE Officer : Khursaniyah Gas Plant Project, KSA January 12 th 2006 to 2008 March. HSEQ Manager- KNK- Petro chemicals -2008 june to till now.

1, Enforce Safety rules & regulations
2, Preparation of warning letter, safety violation, arrange starrt card, near miss card
3, Entry safety orientation program
4, Co-Ordinate with HSE Officers, HSE Manager, and supervisors making report and investigation while accidents happen.
5, Co-Ordinate with safety inspection program
6, Preparation of memorandums
7, Prepare root cause analysis of accident and develop measures to eliminate accidents at job site
8, Responsible for health & safety environmental programme under control.
9, Ensures that the site activities and workers fully comply all the safety, health and Environmental rules as well as statuary requirements.
10, Educate and instruct all workers to ensure that they understand and observe the safety, health and environmental rules & regulations
11, Responsible for conducting first day orientation to newly hired workers
12, Provide workers with personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensures that the workers make full use of them carrying out their works.
13, Responsible for submitting the necessary documents of workers application to security passes
14, Conduct job safety orientation for new employees on site and regular informative talks through TBM.
15, Strictly enforce the wearing of required PPE's
16, Initiates the organizatation of a project safety committee, fire brigade team, and emergency response team.
17, Perform routine inspection of their works to ensure that the worker is carrying out no unsafe activity.
18, Responsible for the installation and inspection of fire extinguisher equipment.
19, Color coding, tag inspection, making monthly report, checking fire skids.

My present Company


HSEQ MANAGER. -11 th June 2008 to till the time


Our location in the industrial area of jubail consists of a silo block with 12 silos, a warehouse of 22, 000 m2
Containing the operation office, a workshop, locker and luch rooms, the dock levelers, a container yard and the logistics building.

The silo building used for temporary storage of pp, its loading to semi –bulk and sea bulk, or bagging via the three bagging lines in to 25 kg bags. The bags are forwarded via conveyors to the warehouse where they are palletized and evacuated with forklifts to bins for storage. From these bins, the trucks or containers are loaded.
