• Working at rotary equipment sector as Maintanance Engineer in S.O.P.C (Suez Oil Processing Company which contents Lub oil units ,cooker unit ,distillation units , and vacuum unit )at November ,2001 until now
Job Details
• Review all data related to rotating equipment, design drawings, equipment specifications for new and upgrade projects Acc to API.
• Prepare rotating equipments detail design packages for plant modification and upgrades.
• Work with vendor technical representatives to resolve equipment technical problems.
• Inspect and commission new rotating equipment including vertical and horizontal centrifugal pumps, centrifugal and reciprocating compressors
• Participate in investigation teams for the analysis of individual failures related to rotating equipment. These failures include but not limited to: Mechanical Seals failures, Bearings high temperatures, Vibration issues, and Misalignment related issues.
• Assist and direct Maintenance technicians in troubleshooting rotating equipments related problems
• Responsible for preparation of specifications and requisitions for mechanical equipment
• Responsible for installation, commission Maintenance of pumps ,compressors ,oil dewex filters, mixers and heat Ex (chillers)
• Responsible for reviewing rotating equipment performance to ensure performance reliability/availability status which includes recommending optimum methods to deal with chronic problems
Eductation
Bachelor's degree in mechanical, faculty of engineer, grade good
Certification
• Course in basic machinery vibrations( Machinery Condition Monitoring)
• Course in Balancing & Alignment
• Attended the Basic Business Skills Acquisition Program(BBSA)
• Attended the Basic Maintenance Fundamentals For Engineers
• Attended the Petroleum Safety
• Attended the useful ways to use the lubricant oils and grease
