JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
„« Manages to report daily, weekly and monthly performance of safety & maintenance of the area.
„« Contributing to the company prevention system (PSM,QMS,EMS, ISO-14000), administrating, Sponsoring PSM to follow.
„« Issuing and Maintaining QA daily report of Plant, Grid, Road Tanker, Purities and Identifying the actions need to enhance the performance and follow-up the action implementations.
„« Investigate and communicate to concern the process incident and customer complaints and follow up the action needed to eliminate the route cause.
„« To conduct technical and safety sessions to improve capability of operation staff.
„« Coordinate with Shift Supervisor to ensure that plant performance Safety & Maintenance are carried out as per daily or monthly inspection (routine check) to meet the KPI.
„« Reviewing the operation procedure and to ensure the effectiveness & efficiency.
„« Maintains the highest standard level of safety and the housekeeping around the plant area.
