Initially trained 2 Years in Process Technology of Oil Refinery. Gain multidiscipline experience in all aspects of production techniques including commissioning and startup of plant. Demonstrating mentioned duration as a Plant Operator in the field of Petroleum Refinery Plant (CDU, Hydro & Plat, LPG Recovery & Sweetening, Box & Vertical types of Heaters, CDU Distributive Control System, Merox & Utilities). Further more, I have involved in Master Startup of Plant as well. During this period, I have gently worked under high abnormalities like un-stabilized plant conditions, DCS link to server failure, ullage / inventory issues, heavy sludge/water packets in crude feed, main power failure, instrument air failure, abnormal plant parameters due to heavy rain fall, main pumps / compressor tripping, fire cause in heater tube, heavy liquid in fuel gas lines for heaters causing fire, LPG Fire Incident, flare stag Naphtha Overflow while in operation, rundown temperatures problem, O/H system color problem, Exchangers & Air Coolers extreme leakages & PLC operated furnace tripping etc. My main objective during work is to ensure work tasks are carried out efficiently whilst minimizing risks and maximizing safety.

Matriculation with Science in the year 1999 from Sindh Board - Pakistan.
DAE (Mechanical) in the year 2003 from Sindh Board of Technical Education, Karachi - Pakistan.

„X Involved in the Turn Around of plant. (Replacement of crude tower trays, cleaning of heat exchangers, vessels and furnaces as well as loading & unloading of catalyst).
„X Major involvement in the overall revamping project from operation side of the crude unit for increasing the production capacity of plant from 20,000 BPD to 50,000 BPD. (Joint venture of BPL & DESCON).
„X Experienced unexpected LPG Fire Incident [Later on play an important role in Isolation of feed and production lines of HDT & Reformer, depressurizing of LPG Plant Inventory into flare system, maintain fire water system pressure and Identification of damaged hardware of DCS and rehabilitation].
„X I have been assigned as an outside operator of new installed BORN Heater (CANADA) having PLC operated facility and BMS (Burner Management System) in commissioning session.
„X Pressure Survey of all the exchangers on CDU (Old & Revamp) section after revamping session to ensure that exchangers are being operated with in high limits for smooth operation of plant.
„X Conducting all documentations for the Control Room such as production sheets, Log Books, MWR, TS etc.
