Looking for position of Contract adviser

(Natural Gas Liquefaction Plant and Oil Export Terminal construction SITE of Sakhalin II Project, Russia, Sakhalin)
Contract Engineer:
· Preparation of tender plans, select bidders, Invitations To Tender, contract documents, purchase requisitions, purchase orders and associated documentation
· Negotiation, drafting and management of Vendor Services Contract, Subcontracts, Work orders, Contract Amendments, Change orders and other contractual documents in English (and obtaining translation into Russian language if required);
· Ensure effective and efficient preparation of contracts and work orders ensuring integrity of CP Process and documentation.
· Process Contracts and Work Orders through the appropriate Tender Board Approval Process.
· Maintain Contract Files by managing internal and external correspondence and updating with any changes which affect the Contract;
· As a receiving end of the transition process take on contracts from major project locations / sites closing down, ensuring final close out actions are followed up and relevant documentation is maintained effectively, respond to any requests with regards to cost recovery, project financing and other audit requirements.
· Verification and approval of invoices.
· Ensure activities are performed in accordance with Company Guidelines, Standards and Procedures including Business Principles, HSES standards and HR policies and procedures.
· Interface with Line Management at all levels and in different departments within Company.
· Working with Global category managers
· Build & maintain good working relationships with Subcontractor Representatives, both local and international.
· Liaise with Accounts Payable, Project Accountants and Project Teams with regard to invoice processing i.e. verification and on-time payment.
· Responsible for leading SCM reviews for all commercial strategies with commitment >$5m.
· Responsible for liaison with stakeholders.
· Responsible conducting activity, cost and market analysis.
· Responsible for strategy workshop preparation, execution and conclusion.
· Provision of advice on contractual matters and interpretation of contractual terms to specialists in other departments;
· Development and training of new staff, by enhancing commercial awareness and in depth knowledge of contracts engineering and associated matter including knowledge of RF legislative
