Habib Oil Mills (Pvt.) Ltd. represents as one of the largest FMCG companies in Pakistan exclusively in vegetable oil and fats sector. I joined as a Management Trainee. Leadership, dedication and teamwork earned promotions to head of maintenance. Erected and commissioned many projects. Acquired additional responsibilities to manage maintenance of plant and machinery, operation of boiler and power house. My Job responsibilities are,

? Planning scheduling and managing overall maintenance activities.
? Compressors, Cooling towers, Pump Room, Power House and boiler house operation.
? Planning, scheduling and execution of on going projects.
? Cost estimation for approvals in accordance with the Company procedures.
? Control and monitor costs within budget through the project implementation phase.
? Ensure pre-selection of contractor is made on good safety performance record and technical capability to deliver work on time.
? Optimum utilization of manpower and resources.
? Coordinating with materials managements and procurement to ensure requirement of local and imported mechanical parts are met within deadline and budget constraints.
? Preparation and approval of annual maintenance budget.

KEY PROJECT SUCCESSES

? Installation of equipments, erection and commissioning of a 500 Tons/Day Physical Refinery.
? Installation of equipments, erection and commissioning of a 200 Tons/Day Chemical Refinery.
? Fabrication of storage tanks to hold 8000 Tons of edible oil.
? Installation of 12000 Kg/Hr fire tube boiler with softeners and deaerator.
? Construction of power house building, Installation of Gas/ Diesel Generators, Waste Heat Recovery Boiler and Absorption Chiller.
? Installation of machinery, erection of steel structure and commissioning of 300 Tons/Day fractionation plant.
? Installation of Perfector Machine (90 Tons/Day) and ammonia compressors for producing industrial fats/ Margarine.
? Out standing performance awards for the year 2007 and 2009.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION

· BACHELOR OF ENGINEERING (B.E.) in MECHANICAL from N.E.D. UNIVERSITY OF ENGINEERING & TECHNOLOGY with 1st Division in 2003-04.
· INTERMEDIATE (Pre-Engg.) from SAINT PATRICK’S GOVT. SCIENCE COLLEGE with Grade ‘A’ in 1999.
· MATRIC (Science) from FIVE STAR PUBLIC SCHOOL with Grade ‘A’ in 1997.
