Job Profile (Yemen LNG Company)
? Compositional analysis of LNG, Feed Gas, Mixed Refrigerant, Propane, Ethane, Fuel Gas and NGL Reinjection as per ISO methods
? Total sulfur analysis by Antek and Sulfur species analysis by GC
? All water analysis including Desalination, Boiler and Environment waters using HACH, Metrohm equipments
? Maintenance and calibration of laboratory Equipments
? Maintaining chemical inventory
? Maintaining quality records as per the Quality system, preparing control samples and control charts.
? Preparing control charts and control samples
? Updating all laboratory data in LIMS Sample manager.

„« Surface sampling for PVT and Process samples such as Pressurized Gas, Condensate and Atmospheric water during Well Testing from Choke manifold and Separator.
„« Cleaning, Pressure testing and Conditioning of Piston type & H2S rating Sample Bottles.

„« Analysis of Hydrocarbons such as Kerosene, Benzene, Paraffin, n- pentane, iso-octane, Linear Alkyl Benzene, Heavy Alkylate and Lube Oil.
„« Environmental analysis such as effluent water, stack gas and air.
„« Analysis of Inorganics such as Hydrofluoric Acid, Sulfuric Acid, Hydrochloric Acid, Caustic Lye, Ferric Chloride, Sodium Hypochlorite, and Burnt Lime.
„« Analysis of Raw water, Cooling water, De-mineralized water Boiler water.
The all above analysis are pertaining to the methods of ASTM, UOP, IS, IP and APHA, LOVIBOND and CONSER Methods.
„« Managing shift works, issuing reports for raw materials and final products.

EXPERINCE ON ANALYTICAL EQUIPMENTS
I have knowledge on Installation, Operations and Calibration based on the requirement.
