The Applicant, Engineering graduate, IRCA-UKAS approved Lead-Auditor-(ISO 9001:2008), Saudi-Aramco approved QC-Manager posses 23 years professional and responsive experience and qualifications in : Establishing QMS system, FEED Review contract scope of work, specification & Project Execution Plan, Identify special processes during the project, Coordination & Liaison, Developing Inspection plans (ITP), special Procedures, Engineering Method statements and its Documentation, QAQC Inspection & Testing as per customer approved plans, Vendor approval, VPI, Material inspection SAT & FAT, vendor-auditing for suitable product/service, Detailed analysis of final -inspection-report, To represent as a MR for QAQC issues, WPS/PQR, NDT techniques, Conducting In-Process inspection and Technical-Audits(1st, 2nd and 3rd party), updated knowledge of calibration procedures, international Engineering standards, codes, calculations & practices, TQM-QMS system, Systematic application and management of corrective actions for customer complaints & Non-Conformance activities, very good command over English language, and latest knowledge of computers and its related peripherals.

Additionally have hands-on-experience in conducting detailed QAQC inspection and Audits as per given plans & procedures, Technical & ISO documentation, Financial Budget controls, HSE system, Site installation, Testing, conducting FAT, Pre-commissioning, commissioning, handover and operation activities in oil, petrochemicals, power, industrial-services and manufacturing industries.
