• Process review / report writing: Reviewing processes & preparing report for selection of process schemes and process operating philosophy (For CAPEX study of NGL Recovery plant).

• Simulation: During De-bottlenecking of Gas Sweetening Unit of EPRU, responsible for creating HYSYS process simulation of gas processes and verifying and endorsing process simulations provided by vendor.

• Technical Studies: carried out technical study and commercial feasibility for solvent (MDEA) changeover for Gas Sweetening Unit (GSU).

• Development Schemes /Preparing Data Sheets: Responsible for preparing process equipment data sheets, including sizing of equipment and pipelines for each development scheme (FCO) and contributing to cost estimation.

• PFD-PID & Heat & Mass Balance: Review of PFDs and P&IDs and heat and mass balances. Defining scope of work for vendors.

• HAZOP/ RBI/ RCM: Experience of working in multidisciplinary environment during HAZOP, Risk based inspection (RBI), Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and Safety Integrated Function (SIF) study. Undertaking technical integrity and HSE/ Process Hazard reviews (PHR) & audits for YANSAB Ethylene project.

• Plant Performance evaluation & Optimization: Carrying plant performance evaluations and process studies and providing technical assistance in plant optimization.

• Operations/ Planning: Monthly review & preparing variance report for NGL & Olefins plant operations. Planning for monthly production, shutdown & maintenance in co-ordination with maintenance group. Preparing operation budgets, projections & implementation plans.

• Training: Mentor and train, less experienced engineers and foreign nationals at YANSAB (SABIC).

• 26th June to 10th July 1999 Under went process familiarization program for commissioning operations and troubleshooting of EPRU at KTI Fish (Technip), USA.

• EPRU (NGL recovery) plant, designed to process 9.0 MMSCMD (335 MMSCFD) of natural gas to recover C2 & C3 from it. Technology licensor is KTI Fish, USA (Technip).
• GCU (Ethylene/ Olefins plant) is having designed capacity of producing 400000 MMTPA of Ethylene by cracking ethane & propane using SWEC Technology.
