At present working as a Production Supervisor with Executive grade in Eftec Shroff India Ltd. Boisar. From June 2006.
About the Company:
• It is a Joint venture of Shroff Limited, Mumbai. And Eftec Asia Pte Limited, Switzerland
• It is manufacturing Adhesive, Sealant and Anti-corr. Wax Specialty product. It is dealing mainly with OEM’s and Truck manufacturers. HMIL, MUL, Tata Motor, GMIL, Force Motor, M & M are main customers.
• ISO/TS 16949 Certified Company by TUV CERT certification.
Job Profile:
• Preparing production schedule & delivering as per work order.
• Responsible for Manpower allotment & adequate training to operators.
• Identifying areas for continual improvement by consulting my senior.
• Preparation of process documents(OEE, Production statement, Capacity utilization, WIP)
• Controlling in-process Non conformance materials.
• Co-ordination with PRP in the production of trial batches.
• Implementing necessary actions in correlation with QA to maintain consistent quality.
• Maintaining good house keeping (5S Principles).
• Motivating team members, encouraging innovations, resolving conflicts, monitoring performance, sticking with timetable and delivering results.
• Monitoring the process by adopting Statistical Process Control techniques.
Familiar in Body, Paint and Assemble Shop Product and Process:
Body shop – Anti-flutter, Spot Weld, Epoxy, BPR, Reinforcement Pad & Pillar Filler (Foaming pad), Paint Shop – Seam, UBC, Anti Vibration pad, ED & Top Coat Paints
Assembly Shop – DG Sealer, Wind Shield Sealer, Glass Primer, Glass Cleaner, Body Primer
And also Familiar with OEM’S process of Hyundai, Ford, Telco and Maruti.
