• Front End Process Design for Natural/Associated gas treatment and LNG plant units like MEG/Water treatment and Regeneration, H2S and CO2 removal, Sulphur recovery, Dehydration package, LPG/Condensate treatment, Condensate stabilization, NGL recovery and fractionation, Liquefaction, End flash gas and boil-off gas compression
• Process calculation like heat and material balance, hydraulics and pressure balance, control valve and pressure relief valve sizing, flare load calculation, depressurization study, boil-off gas calculation for cryogenic liquid storage tanks
• Advance ASPEN-HYSYS 2006.5 user skills to perform process simulation and good command on other process simulators like ASPEN PLUS 2006, Chemcad and FLARENET 2006
• Preparation of process block flow diagram, process flow diagrams, and P&ID, process equipment specification sheets for vessel, pump, column, compressor, reactor, tank, PRV and CV
• Process technology study, optimization and design philosophy like Overpressure Protection philosophy, Isolation and Emergency Shutdown philosophy preparation
• Well aware with process design standards like SHELL DEPs, API standards, NORSOK std. for offshore process design and CHIYODA design standards
