RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Generate reports Weekly, Monthly, Root case analysis and mitigation of project concern issue.
• Generate Monthly Invoice.
• Evaluate progress and discuss any potential delays / project slippage and critical activities that will affect the timely execution of the project.
• Monitoring of construction activities for timely execution of the project.
• Generate two / five Weeks look head Schedule report.
• Generate construction schedule – Level 2
• Attending internal weekly and monthly construction meetings.
• Overall manpower histograms (chart in excel format according to the clause in contract)
• Preparing Project milestone, project status, key planning statistics.
• Project manhours summary
• Prepare ‘EPC’ presentations and reports to executive Managements on project status, engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning facilities and project concern issues.
• Monitor, track and prepare claims for the activities and associated man-hours that are out of contract scope.
• Spent / Earned ratio and productivity analysis.
• Preparing the work measure back-up for the clients, on measureable projects.
• Spent / Earned for the individual Supervisors & Foreman’s.
• Preparing back-up for the monthly invoice.
• Maintain Electrical & Instrument cable schedule (Pulling / Glanding & Terminations)
• Maintain the JB and Instrument installation list.

QUALIFICATION:

 Graduate in Commerce from University of Osmania.
 Diploma in Advance Software Technologies from CMC-ATC.

COMPUTER SKILL:-
• Planning Software : Primavera Project Planner for Enterprises – (P3e - 3.5.1)
• Operating System : Microsoft Vista, XP, Windows 2000, 2003-Ms-Dos.
• Packages : Ms- Office2003/2007.
