07 years as Manager ( Production, PP )in Reliance Industries Limited, Hazira, in POLYPROPYLENE PLANT.
03 years as Dy Manager ( Production, PP )in Reliance Industries Limited, Hazira, in POLYPROPYLENE PLANT.

Process description-Polypropylene plant (TWO lines, 4 lakh MT/YEAR), technology supplied by M/s Union Carbide Chemicals & Plastics, now DOW chemicals, USA, Gas based fluidized bed technology, detailed engineering supplied by M/s John Brown, U.K.
The plant is having four main areas-1) Raw materials ( propylene, ethylene, hydrogen and nitrogen) purification
2)Reaction. 3) Extrusion and pelleting.4) Vent gas recovery.

Worked in production department in different capacities like – Process In-charge for erection, precommissioning, commissioning, start up and stabilization, improvements and de bottlenecking of the plant.
The plant producing all four types of PP ( total 40 different types of PP grades) i.e.Homopolymer, Random polymer, Impact polymer and terpolymer..
