Oiland Gas ,petrochemicals storage,movementandDispatch through Road and Rail Experiance.

I am having 24 years of experience in operation, last 08 years I have
worked with Reliance Industries Limited, Refinery Division, Jamnagar as a Panel officer in Road and Rail Terminal Facility (OIL MOVEMENT AND STORAGE).
At present working with starting new refinery of Indian well-known group ESSAR OIL LIMITED,VADINAR ,JAMNAGAR. SINCE DEC 2006.I have COMMISSIONED THE STORAGEFACILITY,PANAL OPERATION,PUMPS PIPLINES etc at ESSAR. I have handled total plant operation independently with following SOP, Safety of Men, Material and Machines and Achieve the production target by maximum utilization of plant facilities within established safe operating window. Also established the HSEF policies. Troubleshooting the routine problems of operation, maintenance with coordanitation of related department. Maintain the quality of the finish product and satisfy Costumers requirements. I was the active member of Safety and Loss Prevention committee. PRE-COMMISSIONING & COMMISSIONING:

I was involved in erection and pre- commissioning activities looking after the erection of various pipes and rotary, static equipments such as pumps, various product pipelines and various types of tanks and spheres and other required packages. Pre-commissioning activities like purging, pigging, hydro testing, flushing, card board blasting and other activities.

Self involvement in pre-commissioning activity of spheres and tanks likeInternal Floating Roof, Floating Roof, Cone Roof, Dome Roof & Horton Sphere.
Checking of product lines & erected equipment with the help of P & ID along with construction group.
Line flushing with pigging & card board blasting activities.
Commissioning of the Loading and Unloading facility of the road tankers and Rail wagons.
