Oversee human resources function. This includes developing/reviewing/implementing HR policies & procedures in relation to recruitment, contracts, benefits, grievance/disciplinary.
•Authored competency assurance manual formalizing learning and development policing & strategy.
•Instituted a series of cost-saving initiatives. Introduced high-impact, value-centered new hire orientation process. Developed and implemented innovative cross-cultural L&D arrangements generating ROI of 25% in cost savings.
•Introduced Phillips ROI methodology to evaluate effectiveness of learning & development arrangements in relation to key business drivers and performance indicators.
