Good knowledge about deferent electric operations
Good knowledge with deferent MUD and mud characteristics, OBM and WBM.
Improve HSE on the Rig.
Rigs inspection
Good knowledge of drilling and completion equipment
Ensure operational performance ad resolve operational problems.
Ensure that the contractor meet all requirements of contract.
