Professional Experience
Preparation and submission of Monthly Progress Report, Payment Calculation sheet with relevant back up detail for invoicing to Client confirm the adherence of established procedures. Preparations and submission of Invoice, Notification of Change and Change Proposal for non-scheduled items, Claims and attend regular cost meeting with the client on variations and negotiation for finalization. Check and Certify measurement sheets submitted by sub-contractor along with RA Bills for all Civil, Structural, Piping, Electrical, Instrumentation and Mechanical works for Static, Rotary, Packages, Tanks and Silos. Certify and Reconcile the Quantities of FIM in the RA Bills of contractor for recoveries. Collect quantities of work completed with back up documentation for invoicing to Customer. Coordinate with planning engineer. Preparation of Variation reports, BOQ, Investigation & Resolving claims. Certifying submitted rate analysis for non scheduled items. Monitoring project cost variation.
Preparation of Interim Bills, Check and Certify measurement sheets submitted by sub-contractor along with RA Bills and Recording & Maintaining the sub contractor’s bills and the consumption of materials. Preparation of Rate analysis and Cost Estimation.
Preparation of report on quantity variation between contract vis-à-vis as built drawings. Monitor progressive quantity analysis of each activity and Preparation of BOQ and BOM. Conducting periodic follow ups at the site and checks against their budget and schedule. Coordinate with planning engineer. Service entry through SAP.
Measure the work carried out and prepares interim payment applications for agreement with the owner's representative. Ensure interim certificates are issued in accordance with contract requirements. Identify variations and cost reimbursable items. Obtain necessary change orders or authorizations. Measure and value variations as necessary and agree values with owner's representative. Include all such items in interim payment applications. Monitor actual cash flow against projected cash flow and identify areas of material difference
