• March 2007 to still: Working as a Production in charge in coil coating (3 rollers reversed liquid paint on aluminium, galvanized & aluzinc coils ) at Inter Metal Ltd, Sharjah, UAE.

Job Profile:

• Active member in Project & Process development team.
• Implementing necessary process control through PLC in the process of coil coating
• Knowledge of Galvanized material specifications and testing.
• Handling the shift independently and organizing manpower, materials and other resources efficiently to meet production targets.
• Prepares and submits line production reports, and material consumption reports.
• Monitoring, Investigating and troubleshooting the Quality, production, and other related problems.
• Coordinate with other departments for maintaining product quality, new product development and continual improvements etc.
• Carry out lab tests for incoming raw materials, pretreatment analysis, and finish product.
• Maintaining testing equipments like Humidity, Salt spray tests etc.
• Attending customer complaints.
• Maintaining paints and chemical stocks.
• Arranging plans according to sales dept.
• Good knowledge of paints ( polyester,plastisol,Pvdf) on coatings & Tinting of shades.
• Handling of Testings on onlines.
• Reporting to General Manager



Before Experience :

Worked as Project Engineer in E.T.P R.O &U.F in Quality water management and services, Chennai. Reporting to Senior Manager- Process Environmental Engineer
Period : ( 6 months )

Nature of job :

 Supervision on Running Process.
 Office administration.
 Conduct lab testing of product.

Education:
• Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech): Chemical Engineer from Anna University, Chennai, India (2002-2006) with 70 % aggregate (First class with distinction).
